TLC Holdings Ltd began trading in 2001, at that point under the name Resource Product Ltd. In 2004 a new approach, opposed to the traditional creative agency business model, was conceived of and embarked upon.

 

Since that point TLC has been run successfully as an ever-changing collective of independent contributors, each a specialist in their chosen fields.
